Apropos of nothing - in women's clothing, 0X, 1X and XL are all different sizes. OX and 1X are considered somewhat special sizes for certain body types. The normal progression is S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, etc.

I think you need to talk to your legal folks, there might be more to correctly capturing consent than UX. I'd throw out "Yes or No", that's never a good idea on buttons.
